simple body painting techniques that will have you looking like a sexy work of art.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: Everything used for this article was purchased for under $20 at a dollar 252px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Start by making a line with your thin brush, you want to make this line fairly even width throughout.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01026-300x2481.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15644 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01026-300x248.gif\" alt=\"DSC01026\" width=\"255\" height=\"211\" \/><\/a>Place your brush in the center of your line and make a stroke outwards creating a \u2018T\u2019 shape<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01027-300x2661.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" 250px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Following the same technique, make a smaller \u2018+\u2019 shape that fills in the area between the original, larger \u2018+\u2019 shape.<\/p>\n<p>Add dots to create the twinkling effect!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Stencil Your Body<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01033.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15642 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01033-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"DSC01033\" width=\"272\" height=\"204\" srcset=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01033-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01033.jpg 570w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 272px) 100vw, 272px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For this one, place sticky foam letters anywhere on your body in the text you want.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01039.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15643 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01039-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"DSC01039\" width=\"270\" height=\"203\" srcset=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01039-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01039.jpg 476w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 270px) 100vw, 270px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Use your sponge to dab paint all over your stencils in your desired colour. This effect is really cool if you use different colours throughout your stencil.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01046.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15649 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01046-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"DSC01046\" width=\"275\" height=\"206\" srcset=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01046-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01046.jpg 541w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 275px) 100vw, 275px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once the paint is dry remove the foam stencils to reveal your work. I used my flat-head brush to trace the edges of my foam stencil for a more dramatic effect.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>One Stroke Painting<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01072-300x2251.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15652 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01072-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"DSC01072\" width=\"291\" height=\"218\" srcset=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01072-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01072.jpg 534w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 291px) 100vw, 291px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This technique is about using more than one color but not letting your colors mix together with your brush stroke. I am creating a flower using my flat-head brush and 2 colors of paint.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01078-300x2241.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15653 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01078-300x224.jpg\" alt=\"DSC01078\" width=\"288\" height=\"215\" srcset=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01078-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01078.jpg 397w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 288px) 100vw, 288px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Placing the flat head of the brush down on my skin and holding my brush strait up; I make a crescent shape while keeping the head of my brush on my skin the whole time.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01082-300x2251.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15657 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01082-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"DSC01082\" width=\"281\" height=\"211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01082-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01082.jpg 498w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 281px) 100vw, 281px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Repeat this crescent shape; keeping one color always on the outside and the other always on the inside to create the center of the flower.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC010871.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15658 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/performers.cam4.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC01087.jpg\" alt=\"DSC01087\" width=\"278\" height=\"257\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>By adding white to one side of each petal you create a highlight that will give added dimension to your flower.
