The Roll the Dice game on CAM4 is a fun, easy way to earn tokens, and get your viewers engaged in your show.

You can easily set it up and play it the traditional way… or you can take some of these suggestions on how to use Roll the Dice in exciting new ways!

Roll The Dice

Haven’t played Roll The Dice? Here’s a quick rundown of how it works:

To play the game:

1. Fill in the 6 options with an action of your choice (you can change and update this at any time during your show)
2. Set the price per roll
3. Encourage your fans to play!

There is a cooling off period of 60 seconds after the dice is rolled to allow you some time to do the action that is rolled. If you want to end this cool down before the 60 seconds is up, simply press the ‘Allow Roll’ button that appears in grey on your broadcast window.

When a viewer rolls the dice, you will see the outcome of the roll in your chat, and in the ‘Games’ tab that is beside your user list in the broadcast window.

Fun Ways To Use Roll The Dice In Your Broadcasts

 

POV

For this game you will need:

• A built in computer camera
• A USB camera
• A tripod for your USB camera. TIP: You can use an old lamp as a tripod for your USB webcam. Remove the light bulb and shade from an old lamp, and screw your USB webcam onto the top of the lamp! This will work for any USB webcam that has a screw mount on the bottom.

Find 6 angles that you like, put them in the dice options and you’re ready to play!

Mini Sale

For this game you will need:

• A timer
• A board to write on that your viewers can see – OR use OBS or Manycams to write text on your broadcast image

Price the rolls at 50 or 25 tokens to start. Fill in your dice outcomes with actions of your choice but make one of them a 10-minute sale that drops the price to either 25/10 tokens depending on what your starting price per roll is.

When a viewer gets this roll outcome, advertise the sale by writing it on the board (or with Text on your external encoder) and also their username for added fun.

Chase

Make one of you dice outcomes something really big, something that will really wow your viewers. Then after every roll, you change the location of this big prize on the dice. 

E.g. If a viewer gets your big prize when they roll a #1, change it to #4 after someone rolls, and so on…

Roll of Fortune

Create a grid style game board on your wall using pieces of paper or balloons, and number the spaces so viewers can easily choose the one they want. Use the dice to decide what row on the game board your viewer has to choose from. Each space will have an action/video/prize the viewer will win.

This game is really great for birthday/camaversary/gold shows

Team Spirit

For this game you will need:

• A large board that you will use as a score board
• Sport-appropriate props

The object of this game is to have your room play a game against one another. Choose team captains by having everyone who wants to be a captain take turns rolling the dice, and the viewer with the 2 highest rolls win. Team captains name their team and help you split the room in two so you can start playing.

Fill in the dice options with actions that would happen during a game

E.g. If you decide to play a basketball game, have the options be ‘3 point basket’, ‘foul’ (This should give the other team a free foul throw just for fun), ‘2 point basket’, ‘foul shot basket’, ‘time out’, ‘get a BJ from a MILF’, etc…

Then you can keep score on the game board, and even have a timer going just like in a real game. After every roll you get to be the cheerleader and celebrate for the team.

Roll Outcome Ideas

• A viewer picks a word that you can’t say for the rest of the show. If you do you have to do an action like remove a piece of clothing, flash, dance, etc.…

• Truth or Dare. Fill in dice outcomes half-truth, half dare. Remember, you have final say on what you will do in this show. I recommend a ground rule of no cum show dares.

• Viewer gets to do something to another viewer- silence for 5 min, pick a nickname, choose a word the user cannot use during the show, etc. Make sure everyone knows that these are all in good fun.

• Every outcome of the dice is a different video you have for sale

• You do a silly accent for 5 min

• 1-minute dance party

• Spank yourself with an object of viewer’s choice

• Do your favorite workout move

• Fake an orgasm

How does the CAM4 Referral Program work?
Simply share your unique referral link with your friends and fans (via your personal blog, social media, emails, private chats, etc.) and you will start earning money from those that sign up an account. Even IF they never buy a token!

Where do I get my unique link?

1. Go to your Performer Dashboard. You can find it at the top right of the CAM4 website by clicking on your profile picture that shows there.
2. Look under Performer Tools and you will see Referral Program (you will need to have earned 100 tokens in order for this link to appear).
3. Once you click onto the program page you will find your personal links that look something like the ones seen below.
4. Tweet this when you’re broadcasting and share them on chats or your blog in order to to direct viewers to your page. This will help you build your own unique following and to get paid for doing it!
5. Even if you yourself are not live you can bring viewers to Cam 4 to other models and get paid for those as well. Simply tweet, blog, chat, snap or whatever other platform you use to reach a potential audience with the other  links that you see below. These links will allow you to direct people to the home page, female only page or male only page.

What’s a verified signup? 

Each time a new user signs up a free account with CAM4 and then goes to their email to verify their address you will get paid.

Rules and Requirements:

1. To be eligible for this program you have to have earned a minimum of 100 tokens.
2. You must go through the approval process in the Performer Dashboard that can be found under ‘Account Verification’
3. Any fraudulent activity will result in elimination from the Referral Program and possibly the termination of your CAM4 account.

Knowing how much to charge – and clearly stating it in your tip goal and broadcast window – is almost as important as performing your show when it comes to being successful and maximizing your tips.

This information lets viewers who come to your room know you’re a dedicated performer, lets them see the kind of things you do in your show. It can also show them how they can request for the things they would like to see. 

How To Know What To Charge

The first thing you need to do is think of a goal in your head of how much you NEED to make a month from camming. This includes the amount to cover your bills etc…

Then, think of how much you WANT to make to live a comfortable lifestyle.

Divide that up by how much you plan to work and you will get a rough idea of how much you need to make per show to reach your end of month goal.

When it comes to performing I suggest splitting your daily goal you have worked out into 4 smaller goals and try reach them one at a time.

Eg. If you want to make 1000 tokens ($100 US Dollars) per show, split your goal into 4 smaller 250 token goals. Set a different goal for your fans as each 250 token mark is reached.

• First 250 tokens = naked
• Second 250 tokens = oil show
• Third 250 tokens = play
• Fourth goal = cum (or whatever you are comfortable doing)

Adding flashes for tokens in your text box is a great idea, and fans always love it.

You are free to charge whatever you like but these are pretty standard across the site.

• Ass = 25
• Tits = 25
• Pussy = 50

I also recommend doing something really small for 1 token just for fun.

Eg. Tongue = 1 token. (When they tip 1 token stick your tongue out at them. It’s cute and a fun way to keep people tipping)

Once you have chosen your tip or flash goal, don’t change it. Changing your goals all the time tells fans that you are not confident in your show – and that will make them feel the same way.

How to Prepare For Success

Branding your Fan Club. It is important to be unique and to have your Fan Club reflect who you are as a content creator. These are some important questions to ask yourself:

What kind of Fan Club are you going to make?

Does your cover photo for your Fan Club gallery properly express who you are as a content creator?

Make a schedule and stick to it! It is important to show your fans that you will be on regularly to give your Fan Club value. Your fans really do notice when you are putting in time and effort for them and will show you love back by subscribing and tipping you during your shows.

Keep the Content Coming! The whole reason for joining a fan club is to feel closer to you and to receive exclusive stuff! Here is a list of cool things you can do with your exclusive picture gallery that your fans are going to love:

• Make it known what your fans are going to get in your gallery. Eg. If you are going to release 20 new pics a month and have a monthly exclusive contest for subscribers tell them in your Fan Club description that shows on the Fan Club page.
• Change up your cover photo for your fan club gallery! It will make it more exciting for your fans.
• Promote a subscriber exclusive contest by uploading a promo picture that includes the details about rules and prizes directly to your Fan Club gallery! This way subscribers feel special and it does all the work for you.
• Meet your Fans! Host a password-protected room, you can post a photo in your gallery that gives subscribers the time and password to the show!
• Post pics that show and advertise exclusive merchandise/videos that are available for purchase by your subscribers only.
• Highlight upcoming shows and events or show support for a cause you care about.

Fan Club Pricing

Increase the value of your Fan Club by offering members a discounted rate on select My Shop content! Select only your most exclusive content for this special pricing (videos of things you don’t do on cam, added guest, special location, etc..) and leave your regular My Shop video prices as is. This selective pricing will make your Fan Club videos feel even more special, increase sales on your My Shop videos in total due to peeking viewer interest, and make subscribing to your Fan Club a no-brainer!

How to set Fan Club pricing:

~When you upload a new video there will be a Fan Club price option.

~For existing videos, go to your My Shop dashboard in your account options and click edit.

*You have full control over both regular and Fan Club pricing.

Fan Club Mass-messaging

Keep your fans devoted by staying connected! Use this feature to announce the release of a new video or invite them to your Fan Club exclusive shows!

How you do it:

Start a new message in your CAM4 Mailbox.

Then under ‘Select Group’ choose ‘My Fans’. You’ll notice a few more messaging options are on their way too bb 😉

Make sure your profile looks great to attract more viewers and more fans.

Cam2Cam is a free feature – there is no added token cost for enabling Cam2Cam.

However, like all features on Cam4, you may decide on your own token price in the form of a tip or Cam4 Gift as a cost to accept Cam2Cam requests from viewers.

Cam2Cam may also earn you more tokens by keeping viewers engaged in your Private Shows, which earn you tokens per minute.

How do I enable Cam2Cam for my Private Shows?

Cam2Cam requests are enabled by default in your Private Show Settings.

To disable or re-enable Cam2Cam, uncheck the box in Private Show Settings.

What can spies see during a Cam2Cam Private Show?

During a Cam2Cam Private Show, your spies can still see your video, but cannot see the video of your Cam2Cam viewer.

Spies cannot hear audio for either you or your viewer.

How do I accept Cam2Cam requests?

If you have Cam2Cam enabled, viewers will be able to make Cam2Cam Private Show Requests in the same way normal Private Show Requests are made.

 

The pop up for the Private Show Request will specify whether Cam2Cam has been requested.

Viewers may also request Cam2Cam mode during a regular Private Show. You will receive a new request notification in this case.

 After clicking accept, Cam2Cam mode will begin.

Can I use Cam2Cam in Private Cam Mode?

Cam2Cam is restricted to Private Shows currently, but will be expanded to Private Cam Mode in the future!

Setting a “Per-Minute Rate” can remove the stress of wondering if they will tip you during their private show. Decide how much you want to make for a 1, 3, or 5-minute show and set your price per minute.

2. Fixed Rate Show

Having a “Fixed Rate” makes it easy for everyone. Choose the amount of time you would like the show to last and assign a price to that option for the viewer to choose. You can set multiple options so they have some choices.

Allow Cam2cam – Enabling this will allow your viewer to share their cam with you so you can see them as well. This feature gives the private show a much more interactive experience for the viewer.

Allow Spy – Enabling this will allow viewers in your room to pay to spy on your private show. Spy viewers will not have access to the chat.

3. Solo Private Show

When you set a “Solo Private Show” your stream will appear as if you are currently in a Private Show even though you are alone.

Viewers will be given the option to “Spy” and will be billed on a per-minute rate. Make sure you have “Spy” enabled though!

Ending your show

When your private show is complete just click on the red end button. A box will pop up asking you if you want to end your show.

When you click “Yes” you will go back to the broadcaster window view but your show will be paused. This gives you time to get your room and yourself ready to go back to chatting with your viewers who have been waiting for you to return.
